1. Strict White-Label Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

We operate under a strict, mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Fleek Designs will never contact your end-clients, claim ownership of work produced for your agency, or showcase your client projects in our portfolio without your explicit written consent. Your brand remains 100% upfront in all deliverables.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly by registered agency partners, including account contact details, billing information, project briefs, design assets, and credentials necessary to execute fulfillment tasks. We collect only the data essential for delivering web design, software engineering, PPC, and SEO services.

3. Handling of End-Client Data

Any end-client credentials, website assets, content, or API keys provided to Fleek Designs during project execution are treated as strictly confidential trade secrets. All staging environments, development servers, and database exports created during production are encrypted and access-restricted to authorized engineering staff.

4. Data Protection & Security Standards

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of partner data. All transmission of sensitive information (such as payment processing and account access credentials) is protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

Agency partners retain full ownership of all intellectual property and credentials uploaded to our platform. You may request account updating, data export, or complete deletion of project repositories upon project completion or subscription termination by contacting your account manager.
