Welcome to Fleek Designs. By subscribing to our white-label design, development, or SEO fulfillment services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before starting a partnership with us.

1. White-Label Relationship & Confidentiality

Fleek Designs operates as a strictly silent, white-label fulfillment partner. We act as your invisible production team. We will never contact your end-clients directly, nor will we disclose our relationship with your agency to third parties without your explicit written permission.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All projects, designs, code, assets, client data, and communication records are treated with absolute confidentiality. We automatically enter into a reciprocal non-disclosure agreement with all registered agency partners from the moment of onboarding.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of payment in full for our services, all intellectual property rights, source files, website code, visual designs, and copy written by Fleek Designs for your project will belong entirely to your agency or your designated end-client.

4. Client Communication

Your agency is responsible for managing all direct client communication, gathering project briefs, collecting feedback, and securing deliverables. Fleek Designs communicates solely with you and your account managers to deliver projects.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Our services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis or per-project basis. Subscription payments must be made in advance of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Because work is initiated immediately, we do not offer refunds for active billing cycles.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fleek Designs will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our design, development, or SEO deliverables once approved and deployed by your agency.
